Case Status at a Glance!

A running history of the case status is displayed right on the front page of the case window. In addition, a description of the case is displayed at the bottom.

Example:

A client calls to inquire about the progress on his case. You haven't worked on it in a while so it's not fresh in your mind. However, the case status notes are just what you need to address his inquiry.
