Use Templates Remotely

Document templates are stored right inside the ParaLaw database. This means that you do not have to worry about setting up a shared folder for them, or worse yet, send copies of them to every computer in your office. This also means that you can use them no matter where you are, even if you are logged in remotely over the internet.

 

Advantages of having templates stored right in the database:

• Any new templates that you create (or edit) are immediately available to everyone!
• No shared folders to worry about.
• You don't have to worry about someone using an old version because their computer didn't get updated. Anytime you create a document in ParaLaw, its always based on the most current version of the template.
