Documents from an Appointment

You've created an appointment for a meeting with the client. Now let ParaLaw create a confirmation letter to send to the client.

 

First, right-click the appointment and select "Create a Document".....

Now select the letter you wish to create.....

 

Select document to create

 

And ParaLaw does the rest! The contact information, meeting date and time, and location are automatically filled in for you.
