Shared Appointments

Shared appointments in ParaLaw let you schedule meetings and other events for a group of firm members with just a single appointment.

• When you create the shared appointment, it automatically appears on the calendars of all the other firm members that it is shared with.
• If the appointment is rescheduled, everyone's calendar is automatically updated with the new meeting details.
• Even though the appointment is shared, each firm member still has individual control over their snooze and dismiss settings for the appointment's reminder.
