Formatted Comment Fields

Use the comment fields for storing free form information about your cases and contacts. You can enter as much information as you wish, and your comments can be formatted to make them more readable and meaningful.

 

Each time you enter a new comment you can have ParaLaw automatically stamp the entry with the current date and time, and the name of the firm member that is entering the comment.

 

Comment field features:

• Can hold unlimited text
• Stamp new entries with date/time and name of firm member
• Supports rich text formatting such as: bold, italics, underline, strikeout, font types, sizes and colors
• Copy and paste formatted text to and from your word processor
• Spell check including automatic spell check as you type
• Import text and RTF files
• Export comments to text or RTF files
• Print comments, including selective pages of comments
