Shared Appointments
Shared appointments in ParaLaw are appointments that are shared with several firm members at the same time. When you create a shared appointment with other members of your firm, the appointment automatically appears on their own personal calendar. If the appointment is later rescheduled, it is automatically updated on everyone's calendar.
- Shared appointments automatically appear on the calendars of the other firm members it is shared with.
- Any changes to a shared appointment are automatically reflected on the other firm member's calendar.
- Even though the appointment is shared, each firm member still has their own reminder, snooze and dismiss settings.
