Open Multiple Cases and Contacts

You can open as many case and contact windows as you want, and switch among them as needed! You can also open multiple calendar and task lists.

 

Example:

Say you're in the middle of working on the Jones case. Jack Smith, a client from another case calls. There is no need to close the Jones case in order to work with Jack's case. Just open it up, make your notes, then go back to the Jones case. It will be waiting for you right where you left it.
